CARBON ANGLE
CFRP carbon fiber angles directly from the manufacturer - from stock!
Our carbon angles of the CFA series are manufactured using the pressing process. The fiber flow is bidirectional with a visible carbon decor as a twill fabric. The carbon epoxy angles are ideal for gluing with our carbon plates in order to produce housings made of carbon fibers in a modular system. With their epoxy resin matrix, they have the same technical properties as our CFRP panels, resulting in low thermal expansion with high rigidity. The angles made of pure carbon fibers with an epoxy resin matrix can be incorporated here either as a stop angle or as a corner reinforcement. We only use high-quality HT, HTA and HTS fibers and a resin matrix with high impact strength for the production of carbon fiber angles. Special structures with high-modulus fibers and different types of carbon fabric are also possible on request. By default, all CFRP-Carbon angles are made of a twill weave. A construction with canvas fabric is also possible on request.
A common application in mechanical engineering and plant construction is the reinforcement of an existing construction by laminating frame constructions in connection with square tubes and plates with these angles. The angles can be machined by CNC machining without any problems, so that connection points for other components or screw connections are possible.
Further areas of application are medical technology due to the X-ray transparency as well as aerospace, model making & mold making and racing or motor sports. These brackets are even used in the furniture industry and in device and apparatus construction. CFRP carbon angles can be used universally and are used wherever weight is to be saved while at the same time improving rigidity or strength.
The carbon angles are available in different thicknesses and can also be manufactured individually for your requirements.
If you cannot find the right dimension in our range or if you need the angle already processed with a drilling pattern, simply ask us.
We would be happy to make you an individual offer.
